Terrible on all accounts. I took my car in with only 2,400 miles driven because the notification kept popping up on my dashboard that it was "time for service". I had owned the car for a year and this is a standard auto notification it turns out. I contacted my sales person who said to make an appt. and bring the car in, I also communicated with the service dept. and they agreed. The last two years I’ve gone in for regular maintenance and my car comes back with something missing or broken. The first time they broke the middle top console and claimed that we did it. I just took it in a couple of weeks ago and a piece of the plastic next to my windshield is now missing. This is not something that can be easily popped off. Never going to get my car serviced here again because I end up paying more to get things they broke fixed.

When I got my Audi Q3, I knew I would be going places and this service team delivers! I’ve been using their services for the past couple of years, Tony and Graham give outstanding customer service that has left my jaw on the floor a couple of times. What do mean I get a complimentary Uber ride?? And they put on my wiper blades when I intended to do it myself?? And help me with any questions I have without an oversell?? Who are you guys??
