This is a wonderful dealership and their service department rocks! Every service advisor we've ever encountered has been friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The waiting area is large, comfortable, immaculately clean, and has great coffee, drinks, and snacks. Our most recent visit was no exception. We worked with Ricky Saly for the first time and he was wonderful. He immediately understood the problem we were having, answered all of our questions, and communicated with us every step of the way. Acquiring a 38K mile 2013 Audi A6 over 3 years ago, I made a decision to have it serviced at Audi Sarasota. My 1st appointment, I was confronted by a service advisor that tried to sell me a front end alignment, I asked if it was checked, he replied no, stating we try to save our customers money by aligning the front end thereby increasing tire life.
