Audi Parts Dept was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful
This is a Tim Bennett appreciation post. I have brought my car to this service center on several occasions and generally been happy with the service. I was happy to come again for its scheduled maintenance this time around. Owing to extenuating circumstances, there was a big, unexpected delay. Tim was exceptionally apologetic and offered us a rental car, at their expense. I believe he did everything possible to rectify the situation and do right by us.
