Had to have major engine work performed under warranty. Slight delay in figuring out warranty coverage. Great work all around. Ryan was excellent in keeping me informed on my repair status, a pleasure to work with.
Exceptional is a term used often unfortunately. The service department now sets a new benchmark with this term
I'm a property manager in Park City. We deal with a lot of high-end cars. Everything from Lamborghini's to Porsche. This was probably the worst experience I've ever had. I had a new timeframe given to me almost Daily. Parts were ordered wrong parts were received. Initially when we dropped the car off, they told us it would be three hours. It ended up being 16 days. The people were very amenable, but incompetent.
I've gone here for service since I bought my SQ7. Connor is great and has helped me each time. However, this last visit was not so great. When I got the inspection video of the rundown of repairs, it was NOT my car! I told them and they apologized and told me they had it figured out. Then when I went to pick up, I paid the bill and went on my way. Then about a week later, Connor calls me telling me my invoice hasn't been paid.
