Darren Higman went above and beyond providing the best customer service. Furthermore, Darren negotiated with the extended warranty company to optimize the benefits provided by the warranty company. My only concern is I plan to purchase my next Audi from the dealership because the aftermarket warranty purchased through the dealership is more inclusive than the warranty purchased from Specialties Automotive.
Checking in for service was fast and professional. My One day service was completed on time with no issues. Very satisfied with Olive and the service department.
