Always friendly and easy to book service. Olive was a delight to work with and took good care of me while I waited for my service.
Everything went well except for when I went to pick up my Q5 after being contacted saying that the work was completed and ready to be picked up. When I got there it hadn’t been washed. It was probably just an oversight and they quickly got it washed and back to me.
