I have been coming here for years and the service has remained exceptional every time! I usually have Olive as my contact. They are very personable and efficient. I am in and out of that service area in five minutes or so every time I go. Everyone is very kind, including Chelsea who takes care of the loaner cars. Can’t say enough about this dealership and their service department!
Quick and efficient service, and they gave me a very nice loaner (Q7).
Everything was handled well. My service technician was very helpful. My only complaint is that I bought a new set of tires and the technician gave me the option of two different tires. But one was not run flats which I. Need for a Q7 which has no spare. I chose the Continental tires since they were cheaper but I did not realize and was not told they were not run flats. I had just assumed they were since I have a Q 7 without a spare. So a little frustrated that I ended up without run flats.
