I don’t usually leave reviews, but this has become impossible to ignore. Royal Oak Audi’s commercials on Crave are significantly louder than both the shows and every other ad in the same break. It’s not subtle — it’s jarring. Every time one comes on, I have to grab the remote and mute the TV because it’s so much louder than everything else. Professional mobile car detailing service was requested by James (Detailing supervisor) and completed in full and on time. Unfortunately, payment for the completed service was not made. Multiple follow-ups were sent, but the issue remains unresolved. Posting this review to document the situation and to inform other service providers.
The service of this dealership is great. Every time we dealt with them, it’s pleasant. Everyone (from receptionist to sales, finance, service, or VP,) makes us feel welcome and important. Julia was vey friendly, patient and helpful. She answered a million questions from us. When we picked up our new Q7, the winter mats were missing. Operated by GO AUTO, which is unfortunate for the brand. Overall service quality is subpar, if you have any issues with them the response will likely be "go pound sand". Life is short, you are better off staying away to avoid headaches. Added one star for couple of good guys who are "trying" to help..
