My experience with Audi Royal Oak was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. I put down a $2,500 deposit on a vehicle and was clearly told multiple times that the car was sold to me, with the understanding that I would complete the remaining payment at pickup in April which is also in writing. They even sent over a bill of sale and told me to go ahead and get insurance on the vehicle, which made it clear the car was secured for me. We purchased a used Q3 from Audi royal oak in early March for our newly licensed daughter. I can’t say enough about the professionalism of the sales staff and financial group. Ruhi is a great young salesperson and takes pride in every detail of her job. Celina was the finance person we worked with and it was one of the easiest car purchases I have even done. Highly recommend this dealership. It’s our first Audi purchase and probably won’t be our last.
