Had such a great experience at Audi Royal Oak. Ruhi, Harlene, Sarah, and Mitch all made the process super smooth and easy. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and really went the extra mile. Love my new car and would definitely recommend this team.
I had purchased 2 Audis (S4 and A6 3.0) from this group and had a great sales experience with Dave Sandusky. However, the service department and mechanics experience (after my warranty expired) was way beyond anything I could recommend to anyone. Awesome experience at Audi Oak! I went in to check out a Toyota 4Runner and ended up falling in love with it. Thanks to Ruhi and Zohaib, the whole process was super smooth and fast, taking less than a week. Highly recommend!
I had an opportunity to have a test drive of 2025 A5 and 2025 S5 with the help of Nick. He explained throughly the whole features of these two vehicles, including how to use different apps on the screen, different driving mode and etc. He prepared both vehicles for the test drive on time and provided us with a great deal on brand new S5. We are very satisfied with the services and how Nick assisted us. I am recommending him as your sales specialist at Audi.
