This review is for my sales rep a Shawn Vahid. I will have to say he made my leasing experience in getting another Audi a very nice experience indeed. This was very important because this leasing was different because the vehicle I leased is my first electric vehicle a 2025 A6 E-Tron Prestige. Anyone leasing or buying a vehicle from this dealership I would highly recommend linking up Shawn Vahid and they will discover like a very rewarding experience.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after bringing my Audi Q7 in three separate times for the same issue, I feel compelled to speak up. Each visit came with promises that the problem was resolved, only for me to drive away and realize it wasn't. Not only did this waste my time, but it also eroded any trust I had in this service department. Communication was vague, updates were minimal, and I never felt like anyone took real ownership of the issue. My 5/22/2025 purchase of a 2025 Audi S5 sportback from Audi of Cuyahoga Falls, OH(Cascade Auto Group) was absolutely the best new car transaction I have ever had. This dealership fell far short of expectations when I purchased a certified pre-owned Audi with an Audi exclusive special paint color. I bought the vehicle sight unseen from 18+ hours away, relying on their assurances of its "showroom" and "immaculate" condition, and a clean Carfax. Avoid Audi of Queens at all costs! My experience here was beyond disappointing due to the poor professionalism of their finance manager. The wait time was unbearable—over 2.5 hours just to sign papers. To make matters worse, the finance manager was caught red-handed trying to alter the deal and sneak in an extra $250! Every three years I purchased a new Audi. I started looking for an Audi at my local dealership the numbers that they were requesting didn't add up.
