Jeff Tortyna always takes care of me and insures I have a positive service experience. Had my car in again for a major service. Wanted a couple things looked at and just knew everything would be looked after because Jeff is very thorough and takes great care of his clients. I love my Q5 but Jeff makes the ownership experience even better. I know whenever I need anything or just want to ask something that it will get done. It is a pleasure having him as my service advisor. Don’t find this kind of support many places anymore.
Cam from Audi Richmond Service is always my go to guy. He takes the extra mile to ensure my car is free from any issues to prevent revisiting. Excellent customer service and quick turnover time.
