We have an RSQ3 that was serviced by Audi Richmond last week. Last Friday, we noticed some water on the floor on the front passenger side but thought it may be from when we opened the door as it was raining at the time. Yesterday, we saw a lot more water, this time on the driver side roof and floor carpet. We rang Audi Richmond and told them the water appears to be coming through the sunroof into our car’s interior. Tolga is a great salesman good experience from him, the dealership behind the scenes was not as good as I thought it should be, I was a tad disappointed in the way finance handled there department.

Audi Richmond were fantastic when purchasing a brand new car and Costa was great for a while after the purchase. Unfortunately, as soon as something is wrong with the car though, they wipe their hands of you. I have had nothing but trouble with my car and the after care has been neglectful. My car is not safe to drive but they don't want to know about it. Warning messages that I have taken photos of, car not safe to drive - they don't care.
