This was my first visir to Audi Richmond. I have a 6 month old Q5 with a drive system malfunction warning. I met with Service Manager, Rob, and Service Rep Cam. The car was scheduled for service at a time convenient to me. Problem was fixed and car returned sparkling clean. I'm very happy. I highly recommend Audi Richmond. Made an appointment with Wayne Chow for a 2016 Mini cooper. Was a pleasant no pressure experience that was seamless and very few moments left unattended. Highly recommended.
