Absolutely horrible service provided by both of the reception lady at this place. Super rude and not helpful at all. I don't know their names.But there's this one Chinese lady which is tall black hair with large eyes has exceptional rude attitude like she doesn't want to do her job. She doesn't know anything. You ask her a questions she would give you a response what do you want and i don't know. Honestly I think she really need to be taken through some customer service training.
