This is regarding a service I had on my car back in November 2024. Been busy and thought I'd just let it go but it still ticks me off every time I think of it. I usually don't like reading too much into people as I understand there could be always legit reasons for what they say or how they behave. But the advisor, Jeff did leave me with a pretty weird feeling to say the least. This review is specific to our pick up experience for a new car. We waited 1 hour and 30 minutes to see someone in finance. I understand being busy, but frankly, that’s not the customers problem. That’s poor scheduling and time management during month end. While waiting, customers who have been there for less time than us were given GIFTS from Audi Richmond with an apology for the delay. Right in front of us despite our appointment being earlier than theirs. A suggestion is to do that with them privately. During our appointm... read more
My experience at Richmond Audi was amazing. Our finance manager Gary was very helpful and knowledgeable, and helped us out with any questions or any problems we had. Overall amazing experience.
