Basically spent $1500 and not much changed with my car. My car was making a noise... Was told needs a new supercharger... Got it replaced with used/refurbished supercharger. The car is still making the same noise. Went back and was told it's fine they make that noise. The work was clean and seemed good. The workers were nice as well... But in the end spending all that money didn't fix the issue. Other maintenance work I got done by them was great.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE WITH JAKE MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO REPLACE A SENSOR. JAKE SAID OVER THE PHONE HE WOULD PRE-ORDER THE PART ($135) AND GAVE ME A QUOTE. I SHOWED UP AS SCHEDULED, NO PART ORDERED, JAKE SAYS HE COULDN’T REMEMBER, TALKS TO 20-30 PEOPLE EVERY DAY. HOWEVER, AUDI HAS THE PART IN STOCK AND CAN GET TODAY. JAKE NOW FINDS THE QUOTE HE DID AND REMEMBERS THE CONVERSATION. HE WANTS ME TO SIGN A WORK ORDER BUT THE PRICE IS WRONG (MORE), I DON’T WANT TO SIGN FOR THE WRONG PRICE.
