I thought it was just a service advisor, then later found out it was the service manager that completely misquoted a fix and cost me over 16k to a customer who no longer trusts the vehicle. His response was “just have him call me”, like that was going to remedy any situation. I left yesterday with no fix after saying it would be done, and the car driving like absolute crap with 10 extra lights on the dash.
