Worse experience with customer service. I went for an engine sign with a drop appointment . The guy started offering oil change and other packages. I refused to take those deals. After that, I told me it's going to take at least two weeks to see by the mechanic . Also, he told me they had no loaner vehicles . I need to leave my vehicle to shop for two weeks. 😩
