Unprofessional staff very lazy and lost there all day

Hello, I was working on my 2013 Audi q5 changing the coolant reservoir and noticed a leak on a small hose it was 6pm and I knew the parts department closes at 7! Since I have work in the morning I really wanted to get the job done so I quickly ordered the part and went to the dealer. When I got to the dealer it was already past 6:30- I fully expected them to say sorry can’t help but the manager did totally the opposite.
