I bring my Audi A4 2017 due to miss fire issue, they fixed it. Sergio that guy need to be well behaved and talk properly with the customer. Because we buy and take service so you get paid, so act accordingly with us. I would have five 5 star, but because of the service manager I have to give 4.
Unsatisfactory. That is my experience with Fletch’s Repair center. Both my service tech Sergio and his manager John were rude and dismissive. I brought my 2018 Audi here in July 2024 because my air conditioner wasn’t blowing cold air anymore. They charged me over $700 for a diagnostic service and to recharge the freon. Fletch’s told me they couldn’t find any leak. Now, one year later, I’m experiencing the same issues. No cold air. Obviously, there was a leak Fletch’s failed to find.
