I bought a brand new Audi Q5 2025 at the end of 2025 , but the guest seat belt was identified having problem and not passing safety inspection, my car has been in the dealership garage since the beginning of Jan 2026 , and not part to fix it. I was told by law I can initiate the buyback process, I called the headquarter service center and there is a regional manager assigned to the case.
