I bought a brand new Audi Q5 2025 at the end of 2025 , but the guest seat belt was identified having problem and not passing safety inspection, my car has been in the dealership garage since the beginning of Jan 2026 , and not part to fix it. I was told by law I can initiate the buyback process, I called the headquarter service center and there is a regional manager assigned to the case. We've been driving an Audi for years, working with three or four locations. The most recent dealership is Audi of Peabody (MA), and it has been by far the best experience. One of the things that makes it so is the service department, headed by Jim Miscioscia. Jim has gone to great lengths to accommodate us. For example, my wife uses a wheelchair, so when we need loaner, we need a sedan, and Jim makes sure that we get one. And when we need a valet, he makes that happen too.
