We've been driving an Audi for years, working with three or four locations. The most recent dealership is Audi of Peabody (MA), and it has been by far the best experience. One of the things that makes it so is the service department, headed by Jim Miscioscia. Jim has gone to great lengths to accommodate us. For example, my wife uses a wheelchair, so when we need loaner, we need a sedan, and Jim makes sure that we get one. And when we need a valet, he makes that happen too. I’m never bringing my vehicle here again, I spent a lot of money and don’t like the job that was done, it took 9 weeks to make from the day I made my appointment to the day I got my car back on top of that the mechanic forgot to screw in some of the parts I had to bring it to a local mechanic to get it fixed
