Took care of my A7 and kept me updated on the progress of my servicing. Arnold was great! The loaner was clean and lovely. However, I did expect my car to be washed in preparation for pick up.
Since we purchased q6 Etron prestige back in April we’ve had numerous problems with it. It’s one of those things where you like driving the car but you pretty much hate owning it. I’m not at the point yet where I feel like I made a big mistake, but it does get annoying to have to keep bringing it into folks. as far as your dealership goes you guys have treated me great.
