A battery that they changed less than 2 years ago required a jump recently. However, after getting hung up on several times they stated I had to bring it in once I got there they required me to pay $325 for a "diagnostic assessment". I told them that I'm not paying for that if it's just the battery. Which is what I asked to be changed. As I was standing there waiting for someone to come and talk to me; noone at any point said any kind of price to me.
