Can I give a negative five!? Please please please go to another dealership and for the love of god don’t buy a car here. You will be disappointed I promise. They took three months to “fix” my car, after they repeatedly tried to get out of warranty by saying my problem wasn’t fixable (but it was thanks to Audi forums proving it so). Lethargic, unresponsive, and OH now my car won’t connect to my mobile app. Technicians are careless. I found my car with the trunk unlatched and internal body panels not fully installed.
I bought a brand new 2025 Audi A5 just 4 months ago, and recently received a loose wheel warning message, which is a serious safety issue. I was told to drive all the way to Palo Alto in heavy rain because the dealership said they could do a tire check for me. After less than 10 minutes, a staff member came back and said they were unsure of the cause and that my car would need to stay overnight - which doesn’t make any sense.
