I would give less than 1 if I could. Service has massively declined from our perspective. Promised a call back to determine the warranty coverage and did not call. Said the diagnostic was to be $365 and no warranty would cover the cost of finding out if the issue were to be covered by the warranty. Huh? I cancelled my appointment. There is no professionalism here as per our experience

in February 2024. At the time of purchase, there was a visible nick in the windshield. When I asked for a discount, they refused, but assured me that if I purchased their “Executive Shield” protection plan (which I did for $400), I could have the crack filled and if it ever spread, the plan would cover a full windshield replacement. Brought my q7 here because AC wasn’t working and they took 4 days just for diagnostics. No communication from them until I called them. And every time when I called they just said they are still trying to figure out the problem. Don’t expect good service here.
