The whole Audi team is awesome but it is always a pleasure dealing with Ash and Omar. Always very friendly and helpful.
I had made an appointment, and when I checked in, it was not posted. However, Nadine Mireles Said she would go ahead and honor the appointment. I definitely appreciated that, considering DCH Audi is my only dealership of choice for servicing my vehicle. The dealership provided me a ride to my home for the duration of the service. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Bought our Q5 here 7 years ago and had the best experience! We live 2 hours North and coming for maintenance was a bit of a hassle but the service we got made up for it…until our last appointment for our Q4 etron yesterday. We arrived and were told “new mgmt” would no longer be allowing loaners on simple service appointments. Ummm ok. But she (Nadine Mireles) would allow it “this time”.
