Probably one of the worst car rental experiences. Website doesn't recognize the discount code provided by Audi, password reset function does not work, help request provides 404 error code. Local dealership is unable to help as this service is provided by third-party vendor. Poor customer service.
I have now rented twice from this location and I have nothing but great things to say about them. Alejandro has been the staff member that has helped me during both rentals. He was very professional and polite. The cars have also been great. They are clean and ready to go unlike other rental companies. I highly recommend using this Silvercar location.
