The huntington Audi service dept is awful. I had a terrible experience in August when I had a/c temp issues. Today I have the standard service. Made an appointment 3 weeks ago. Brought car in at 9:30 am. Still sitting here at 5 pm. Nothing is wrong with the car. Just 20,000 mile service. I have never had a complimentary car wash because that would take at least another 40 minutes. Do not go here. Service is just terrible.

Horrible experience. Service staff was incredibly rude to me. They also charge a $315 service fee per issue just to diagnose your vehicle before doing any work on it. That cost is on top of parts and labor. Other Audi service centers across the island charge half that and are friendlier to work with as well. I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

Chris and Rea provided excellent customer service. At drop off, I was in and out with a rental without 20 minutes. I was kept abreast of all updates and my repair was completed within 24 hours. They were friendly, helpful, and professional.
