They were quick and thorough and very nice.
Chris and Rea provided excellent customer service. At drop off, I was in and out with a rental without 20 minutes. I was kept abreast of all updates and my repair was completed within 24 hours. They were friendly, helpful, and professional.

The pipe and the cover were not installed properly, and during the drive, the engine light came on. Later, I found the engine cover and pipe in the back seat. This threatened my life. When I asked them what happened, their answer was some information （Cherish your life, stay away from this repair shop.）
The service individuals did not know basic service questions and provided misinformation on AudiCare. They seemed to be interested in profit vs client satisfaction. Please refrain from bringing your Audi here and doing service.
