Absolutely useless service department. Had a check engine light come on my 9 month pregnant wife's car that said to turn off the engine and check engine coolant, called audi huntington (my regular service dealer, I've had both my audis serviced here for years). They told me the earliest appointment was a month away. I told them that was unacceptable they told me I can drop it off as an emergency drop off but it won't get seen for at least 5-6 days. Wanted to leave some positive feedback specifically for the parts department at Huntington Audi. Every interaction I’ve had with them has been professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. My service consultant Sean Comstock was very helpful. I’ve been there twice to do services. Each time he was very friendly, logical and professional. He and his tech team communicated, explained, organized and solved the issues very well.

The huntington Audi service dept is awful. I had a terrible experience in August when I had a/c temp issues. Today I have the standard service. Made an appointment 3 weeks ago. Brought car in at 9:30 am. Still sitting here at 5 pm. Nothing is wrong with the car. Just 20,000 mile service. I have never had a complimentary car wash because that would take at least another 40 minutes. Do not go here. Service is just terrible.

Horrible experience. Service staff was incredibly rude to me. They also charge a $315 service fee per issue just to diagnose your vehicle before doing any work on it. That cost is on top of parts and labor. Other Audi service centers across the island charge half that and are friendlier to work with as well. I’d suggest looking elsewhere.
