I have no interest in “angry take-down reviews” but I do want to share my experience so others can be discerning in their choice. I called a month ago to schedule an evaluation for a PODS issue that my trusted local mechanic thought might have an outstanding recall on it. Recalls should always go through dealerships I was told. Homework It appears the team associated with the service department is engaged in unscrupulous business practices. After being too busy to accept or respond to their calls and texts half a dozen times over a period of a month this past December.
