I’m truly grateful for the entire team at Audi Oakland Service Department. Aaron, the service manager, took time to listen, understand my concerns, and made sure everything was handled smoothly, including getting me into a loaner car, no stress at all. Karina was also wonderful, kind, patient, and on top of everything. You can tell this team cares, communicates clearly, and treats people with respect. I left feeling very taken care of and very thankful. Highly, highly recommend!

I have no interest in “angry take-down reviews” but I do want to share my experience so others can be discerning in their choice. I called a month ago to schedule an evaluation for a PODS issue that my trusted local mechanic thought might have an outstanding recall on it. Recalls should always go through dealerships I was told. I left my vehicle 7:30 am on a Tuesday and advisor Jamie said I would receive a call by 5 pm that day with the answer. No call was forthcoming. I assumed they were busy.
