LOVED my experience at Audi Norwell with Sales, and have been let down by the service department over and over! They charge for things you didn’t ask for and give false timelines. I made an appt for an oil change most recently, I made it clear on the phone that I only wanted the oil change, nothing more. I also told them I would wait for the car because there were no loners..they told me it would be no more than an hour.
