I called to schedule an appointment for a inspection of my vehicle that I want to purchase (currently on a loan). They said they can’t do a pre purchase inspection on vehicles. It’s ironic that a service facility can’t do a thorough inspection as a service to one of their vehicles.

I’ve been driving Audis since 1981 so I’ve had plenty of experience with Audi Service departments. Until this writing, I’ve never felt the service I received at any Audi dealership warranted my taking the time to write about the people I’ve dealt with or the quality of the work done. Until now. My personal experience at Audi of North Miami Service Deptartment was outstanding as it has been for over 3 years with Diana. This time, I was kindly instructed that Mr Armando P. (Assistant Service Manager) would handle my specific case. Not only did he address every concern, but he went above and beyond to ensure the work performed met the highest quality standard.
