Absolutely terrible service department and communication. I drive a 2022 A3 and my rear window seal is leaking, there is warranty on my car and I went to get it looked at. They said it’s not covered because of outside Influence. Did not explain why or what caused this. I’ve been asking for a call back since it was looked at 2 weeks ago. No one has called me back and I’ve been calling everyday. The service department never answers the phone…. Honestly ridiculous…
This review is long overdue, but I can’t say enough good things about Mike C. and the team at Audi Niagara. Over the years, I’ve completed 3 vehicle purchases with them, and despite living about 3 hours away, I keep coming back because of how effortless every transaction is. Back in 2018, I was looking for an RS3, no other GTA dealership with stock would even let me test drive one. Audi Niagara invited me down, I bought the car, and they delivered it right to my home.
