Like many of the reviews already here, I can vouch for the no pressure sales approach. Marc is a class act. I let him know I'd be driving down over an hour to see a potential car and that I wasn't necessarily in a hurry to buy. He was super responsive, fully transparent, and not once did I feel like now that he had me at the dealership he was going to try to push the sale. The sales department when you buy your car is first class and is as good or better than any other luxury brand. The problem is when you take your car in for service after purchase. I can't imagine getting worse service from any dealership. I bought a $96k car and feel like I'm at Kia (no disrespect to Kia, they probably provide much better service). They argue about issues with the car that clearly can be fixed, don't have loaner cars available, don't call back, and reschedule service on your appointment day. I don't have a ... read more
The entire experience dealing with Audi Niagara was amazingly smooth. Morgan was more than helpful and patient throughout the entire process of purchasing my car. She went above and beyond in helping me get my S5 purchased. I live in Toronto but would definitely travel to St. Catherines for another Audi purchase. They even had their driver,Scott pick me up when I arrived at the Go Station. Was trying to work out a deal on a used car from this dealership. I started with an aggressive trade value for my car, which I stated to them that it was aggressive, but I'm trying to get the most for my trade. They came back with an absolute lowball offer, trying to steal my trade. I asked them if they could do better, still came back with a low offer.
