Came in for service quite a few times. Seems like there are different employees in the service department every visit. It’s hard to establish a working relationship with so much turnover. Also, DO NOT go on a Saturday.
I asked for different dealership, but I ended up being sent there. I was not impressed with google at that moment
WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD! I’ve leased over 6 different models throughout the last few years and this was by far the WORST experience with the sales team an a GM who avoided speaking to me or emailing me back. They prided themselves on how loyal I was, only to treat me so poorly after the service gate malfunctioned and landed on the back of my new car at pickup!
