I had an excellent experience with this Audi dealership. Their customer service is truly 10/10. They went above and beyond. They washed my car and mats, arranged pick-up and drop-off, and made the entire process stress-free. I bought my car from Audi Niagara several years ago and recently returned for service to extend my warranty. I worked with Sarah in service, who was extremely accommodating and pleasant to deal with. She made the process smooth and was great to work with. Unfortunately, my experience with the finance manager Justine was very disappointing. I bought a 2020 Audi Q5 here. The delivery date was delayed due to reasons beyond the dealerships’ control and they did everything possible to make the process as quick as they could. The car is great now that I have it. They made it look and feel like a brand new car. Corey was great and communicative the whole way through- even now that I have the car!
