I purchased an Audi long-distance and paid several dealers to inspect vehicles in their area. Audi Nashville cost about $150 more than the others, but delivered less value. The “inspection” was just a shaky video walk-around that offered no internal analysis or usable data—really, no more information than I already had from the seller. I never spoke with the mechanic; only the service advisor relayed basic comments. For $450, I expected an actual inspection, not a superficial overview.

Lindsey is great and we have worked with her many times. She is always patient and helps resolve any issues we have. This last visit was for an oil change and engine light that has been bugging us, well it was resolved and everyone did a great job. Thank you Audi for keeping our 2009 Audi on the road and handling brand new.
Really appreciated Lindsey’s thorough communication and care on my last trip for service. Definitely appreciate those, like her, who still take customer service seriously.
