Had bad service experience, bought a certified Audi vehicle and noticed coolant leaks while under warranty, drive 200km to check the issue couple times and they just told me everything okay didn’t find any problem. The manager promised me if I back for the same issue they will cover it. After two months, the vehicle dropped me on highway due to the water pump leaking and I called Audi Moncton couple times someone emailed me said will get back to me but I never receive a response.
Just got our Audi Q7 from Audi Moncton and the experience was amazing! Big shoutout to Clarence and Victor, they were awesome to work with. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process a breeze. If you’re looking for a great car and even better service, definitely check them out!
