Told to come in today for an offer we made on a vehicle. Deal was done. Financing done. Made to wait over 2.5 hours for the F & I person Milly to complete the sale. She was arrogant and entitled and used an argumentative tone — we walked out. The sales person Jesus was great. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this dealership. Go to Elk Grove!
I had the best experience here at this Audi! Kenneth was my Sales representative, but every interaction with every staff member was phenomenal! They were so welcoming, and accommodating. The vibe and level of customer service is what you can expect at a luxury dealership and more. They all come together and make you feel taken care of and make sure you drive away in a beautiful new ride!!

I drive over an hour to service my vehicle at this dealership, as I am trying to ensure the quality of service. However, on this occasion, I noticed that I was charged for services that were actually not performed. Although the cost wasn't significant, the problem here is integrity.
