40k service last time. Just oil and tire rotation this time. Quick and easy as always. Even with small stuff out of warranty they go the extra mile to try and cover it when possible. In my case it was a broken flip lever on the rear view mirror which snapped.
This service team is hands down the best I've ever worked with. Truly the best of the best.
I recently had my S4 serviced at Mentor for a warranty issue that was denied by another local Audi dealer, say just south of Cleveland. Not only did Audi Mentor pick up and drop off my vehicle (1hr away), the repair was completed same day no questions asked. Thank you for the effortless service, I will be back!
