Very professional group!
Our car had been running great, then one morning it would not start. Had it towed to Audi Mentor and they changed the battery, took it for three test drives to make sure nothing else was wrong, cleaned it up, and we got our car back. Just like new!
Pat and Kole did an excellent job taking care of me and my car. The cleanliness after they were done is top notch and friendly and knowledgeable interactions were much appreciated. The only knock would be having to go through the automated phone system, it’s not under their control, I never want to speak to “Willow” again. Live people answering the phone would be service excellence.
Kole was fantastic from start to finish. I don’t mind at all when I need service. It’s a great experience. Thank you Kole and Clay.
I had a flat tire and was stressed about getting it taken care of, but the team at Audi Mentor Service Department made the entire experience easy. They initially tried to repair the tire, but after determining it couldn’t be safely repaired, they quickly got me set up with a new one and had me back on the road in no time.
