Very disappointing service.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Audi Mendham today. I received a call from your service department informing me that my Audi was due for service and that, according to my Audi Care plan, I had a free service remaining that was expiring today. During the phone call, I specifically asked the representative to confirm that I had a free Audi Care service available because I did not want to make an unnecessary trip. Excellent Service and staff! Very knowledgeable and friendly as well as helpful.
Never again. Very bad experience. Total disappointment. I am so mad at them, I will spend extra time to let everyone know that nobody should take their car to this service.
