I was advised a car cost one price as shown online so I made an appointment to see the car a few days later. The manager Rui increased the car price by one thousand dollars online that day. I kept record of the previous cost and I was gaslit and told that was impossible and no one changed the cost. I will not be doing business here where they raise the cost a thousand dollars when someone shows advanced interest in a car. Don’t recommend.

Purchasing / leasing was a decent experience but the service has a lot to be desired. Website states one price then at the dealer it’s another 25% more! They try to explain with car jargon but it’s a way to make more $. Very frustrating.

Incompetent, rude and lazy service department at this sleepy little Audi shop. Extremely disappointed with my FIRST interaction with my service advisor “Nelson” who is the ASM as well. Guy belongs at a DMV or a used car lot in Newark not dealing with luxury cars and clientele. Dealer should be ashamed stay far away.

Incredibly rude service staff. They act like they are doing you a big favor. I needed to have my remote key battery replaced and the parts guy acted like I was interrupting his nap. After it was replaced the alert still wasn't clearing in the car. I called back to explain and a service advisor literally said, "yeah, and?" He finally said bring it in but I said no thank you,, would much rather drive to parsippany. Enough with the attitudes.
