When we purchased our new Audi here we were promised a 4-year warranty. We followed their recommended procedure of hooking up a battery maintainer /charger while we were away. The car had a software defect which prevented it from taking a charge. Although the defect was later corrected by a software patch, the battery had already become degraded and needs to be replaced. Service department is awful
I purchased my A3 a little over 3 years ago from Audi Mendham. I love my A3 ... handles so well, no major issues, and simply fun to drive. I am diligent in terms of keeping up with all my service requirements and have used Audi Mendham since I purchased my car. Recently, I felt something was a bit off and brought it in. Live in NJ but ECU broke while on Cape Cod. Spent $8,000 for new ECU 09/2025 due to sunroof drain clogs a known Audi problem. Only had 1 key at the time and they want another $300 to program 2nd key. In for oil change and they are telling me I need a software update $300 after less than 9 months.
