Do NOT under any circumstances buy a vehicle from Audi Mendham!! In Nov 2025 I purchased an Audi used Q7 with 54,000 miles. When I got it home and looked at it in daylight there was no owners manual, no rubber mats that I had been promised, the previous owners State ID was in the car, damage to the passenger rear basket holder, the rear wiper:washer wiper did not work and it had a rattling noise when I went over bumps. Charged $300 to "diagnose" an issue that I had thoroughly researched and tried explaining to the service dept. Uninterested in actually helping until I forked over thousands to perform uneccessary work. +1 star for the great drivers I had with their shuttle service.
Brought my car in for maintenance. Wonderful customer service! Danny and Mauricio were a pleasure to deal with.
Service department couldn't be worse - charges for unnecessary work and won't remove charges if you skip it. Omits customer notes on warranty work, and lies about it later on. Never getting another Audi from them.
