I have bought R8, Q8, Q7 and A5 from this dealership in past years. When I took my Daughter’s A5 for 2nd oil change they charged me for it. They had promised me 2 free oil changes or first 2 Services Free. When I told them why I am being charged, the explanation they gave me was that the manager who promised you (or whatever paper work I signed, he no longer works there and can’t find the paperwork. $314 for an oil change (including tax and a $9 surcharge which I assume was for using a credit card). Took them 2 days to complete it and a software update.
Brought my car in this past January for a routine oil change. I had just gotten it back from the body shop with brand new PPF installed, and the car was in perfect condition. During the service, I received a call letting me know the technician had damaged the front lip while pulling onto the lift. I wasn't upset because I understand mistakes happen. When we purchased our new Audi here we were promised a 4-year warranty. We followed their recommended procedure of hooking up a battery maintainer /charger while we were away. The car had a software defect which prevented it from taking a charge. Although the defect was later corrected by a software patch, the battery had already become degraded and needs to be replaced.
