Audi proactively identified the issue and then did the work to make it right. They really stand behind their product. Jamie and other service coordinators are on top of things. Have brought my car to Audi for all my service.

4 out of 5 because I'm still perplexed that a second (unwarranted) coolant leak occurred less than 1,700 miles/2 months after the service to correct the first (warranted) coolant leak.
I love them. I feel like I take my car to the spa.
