I had a great experience with Joe. I brought my Audi S5 in for an oil change, and he was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to do things properly. What really stood out was that he went above and beyond. While the car was on the lift, he inspected the underside and noticed my front brakes were getting low. Found Joe through my nephew, and honestly, I’ve been at peace with my Audi ever since. Joe really knows his stuff and he’s reliable. German cars are a pleasure to drive and the complete opposite to maintain, but having Joe on our side makes the whole experience stress‑free. One thing to note: he works by appointment only.
