Staff is friendly and professional. Dropped car off for service regarding knocking noise towards the back of the car but you have to be driving above 60 mph in order to hear the noise. Also, problem with the opening and closing of the sun roof, it would stick or stop working. Part was ordered for the knocking noise. Sunroof was re-programmed and began to function properly. Overall, pleased with service.
Amy was very knowledgeable and a good listener, helped addressed all the issues with my Q5 efficiently and promptly, solid 5 stars service and highly recommend.
