Worst customer service. I was helped by juan and its like he hates his job or something, almost like he does not want to make a sale. I inquired about a repair with a positive attitude but the attitude i received back was very careless and unprofessional. I asked for a follow up and never got it. I wont be coming back or recommending to my fellow audi owners

Jorge Salceda deserves a raise for being the most customer oriented service rep! Not only did he express genuine concern and went above and beyond to solve my problem, but also he proactively researched the issue so by the time I brought the car for my appointment he already had the action plan. Overall I’ve always been satisfied with service here and felt like a valued customer. You get what you pay for.
