I bought my Audi as my first car, and never had to deal with repairs through a dealership before this week. Blair in the Service department was great! He made the process very smooth for me, kept me updated with my car throughout the day, and ensured what needed to be fixed, was fixed without hesitation! I have had nothing but difficulties with Audi London. My family purchased an Audi Q3 and 6 months later purchased a Q5.. The problem is with both the sales team and the service team. The sales team quoted me $200 more a month for the same Q5 as Toronto. We decided to purchase in Toronto for the second vehicle since London could not/ would not match the price.
