The main reason I keep buying an Audi car or SUV is because of the excellent service that is provided. I have no desire to start all over again at a different car dealership. The whole process is well streamlined and my dealings with Geoff Mannion are always pleasant,informative and he gives a valid and honest opinion .
Do not trust this brand they will not stand behind there vehicles safety issues. The vehicle is having stalling / low power acceleration problems with no 'fault codes' and the dealer or Audi Canada will not do anything.
Total absolute 5Star experience yesterday with James,Service Consultant at Audi London. From the moment I arrived Service from James and team was Incredible. Thanks James and all the team at Audi London for touching all the boxes of Service!!!
Excellent. My wife was impressed that the car was not only washed but also vacuumed after servicing.
