Excellent service!!
The Mechanics seem to rule the roost there . instead of taking the time to diagnose an electrical short in the exhaust flap motor , they suggested changing both mufflers to the tune of 6000 dollars . Prima donna techs can't be bothered I'm guessing . The service writer tried to send me down the " bad turbo ' rabbit hole . Service Manager boasted that they had the best techs in town , not sure how he came to that conclusion . I finally got my problem fixed at RSP Motorsports out in Komaka . Highly them over this shop.
Great customer service
Service representative thought it was reasonable that the dealer didn't stock more low cost parts, in particular, the low cost window part I needed for a driver-side window problem. So I had to make a second trip. So they disassembled to find the problem. Reassembled it. Ordered the part from Toronto. Repeated the cycle. I made 2 round trips. They made 2 cycles of dissasembly and reassembly. At a 5 percent interest rate for working capital on a cheap part, this can't be justified because the interest cost over the average ho... read more
