Completely fake inspection — zero effort, pure negligence. Brought my 2009 Audi A6 (234,000 miles) in for a basic oil change, tire rotation, and their standard multi-point inspection. Here’s the catch: my car literally has trouble starting, and the dashboard is a Christmas tree of warning lights for known issues that urgently need attention.
