At my recent visit for a simple service, the service agent, Denis Shala, went above and beyond by installing my roof racks, free of charge, that very same day, and gave a coupon for a free car wash. This dealership is refreshingly better than other major ones in Kelowna. The sales team and managers are all pros: calm, zero pressure vibes, and knowledgeable in product.
