I have owned many different brands of vehicles and I can say without a doubt Cali in the service department at Audi is by far has given the best service out of any other dealership. He goes above and beyond to help and offer insight and ideas through any warranty, recall or service appointment.
I’d like to say that I love Kelowna Audi! My experience with their service department has always been good, but Cali Pantigozo has shown exceptional service. He’s always on time, always explains everything my car is having done and has always made me feel important and well looked after! It’s important for women that don’t understand mechanics to feel like they’re not being taken advantage of. This dealership has given me that trust. Thanks Cali!
