Taylorr (not a spelling error ) was so wonderful to deal with. Two days we kept him past closing and he did it happily as he so professionally walked us through this decision. He set us up to confidently drive the vehicle off the lot equipped to fully enjoy it. Not only Taylorr but the entire team were so accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. I called from Calgary regarding a vehicle. Tyler Clevette answered and provided me with all the info. We agreed on a price and he sent me the quote via email. Sent a deposit and flew there from Calgary. The purchase transaction could not have been simpler, Tyler picked me up from the airport and all the papers were signed within 1 hour. There were no surprise charges and the vehicle was ready to be driven.
I have had nothing but excellent interactions at Kelowna Audi. In particular, I dealt with Tim as the salesperson. He was patient, professional, and never pushy. I felt zero pressure and was able to make up my own mind about the vehicle I ultimately purchased. Would recommend Tim to anyone looking for their new Audi !
