Kelowna Audi just offered the best car buying experience I have ever had. They were very helpful while picking a vehicle. They were able to fit the pick-up within my short timeframe with winter tires and roof rack installed. Thank you Tyler!
We had a great sales experience with Tyler when we purchased our vehicle, but I recently brought it in for its first annual service and was shocked at the prices - over $300 for a basic inspection (it's an EV, so there's no oil change), which is more than double what I've paid on my other gas-powered vehicles for a full oil change/ inspection. To simply check brake pad thickness and other wear/tear on the vehicle, there is no value offered by their service department at those prices.
Today was my second service with Audi Kelowna and I am just as happy with today's experience as I was last year. Let me just say, I don't like dealership service departments, I've dealt with 3 major ones in the lower mainland over the years, including Audi, and the "customer service" is consistently cold and dismissive. The Kelowna Audi Service team surprised me last year when I first went to them and today they cemented that they are the absolute best in knowing how to treat customers. We started dealing with Audi Kelowna in 2011 we had a 2008 Audi RS4 and we needed service. We met Clint in the service department, he is very knowledgeable, easy to work with and we were very pleased with our service experience. Clint is the connection that keeps us coming back to the Dealership, we have developed a strong friendship and working relationship together.
