I bought an Audi etron sometime ago in Vancouver and unfortunately today in Kelowna I had an issue. Tim who it is not his responsibility in sales to take care of me and my family helped us out in a time where I felt very stressed. I feel so grateful for his kindness, customer service and patience. A real gift today and it will never be forgotten.

The guys at Audi Kelowna have taken such good care of me that I have purchased a couple vehicles from them even though I live in the Lower Mainland! I just bought the Audi Q3 from Kelowna Audi. I can't say enough about the honesty of the sales associate Tam Stafford, if she didn't have the answers to my questions she would ask her sales manager Jesse to make sure I got the correct answers. Jesse was honest and easy to work with. I needed and appreciated Tam"s follow up call a week later. Highly recommend
