The finance manager for Audi is pretty much non-existent here. Was trying to buy an Audi Pure warranty, called him multiple times over the course of a whole week, each time with employees confirming he was there and even in-office. I guess he doesn't like picking up his phone.
This dealership is so much better than the Lansing Audi location. I had contacted the Audi Customer Experience Center because the Service Manager at the Lansing location refuses to return customer's calls and my vehicle had been in for service on the SOS system multiple times but the Lansing location never bothered to actually diagnosis the problem, they just cleared the error but the light would immediately come back on 30 min later. We asked to see the Q5, but the staff didn’t show it to us. Very disappointing experience.
