I had a fantastic first experience getting my e-tron’s 40K maintenance and all recalls performed in a timely manner! Franklin, my service advisor, explained everything that would be performed and listened to me THOROUGHLY as I talked about the concerns I had! He personally shuttled me to an IMAX theater. My brother went here for repairs had a terrible experience. Not only were the repairs overpriced, but the service manager was rude. Don’t go!!
