Bought a Q5 from Carousel Audi and worked with Michael Leone throughout the process. Generally I shy away from salesmen because some can be aggressive. Michael was great and very low key, which was most appreciated. He responded promptly to initial exploratory emails and was generous with his time when we showed up on ten minutes’ advance notice. Showed us the cars we had asked about, and then some we hadn’t, which we ended up buying. The Q5 is great and the sales process at Carousel was easy and respectful.
They took care of me! I was in tough situation with my R8, and they really stepped up. I was able to work with them from Virginia and this my second vehicle buying from them. They worked hard to secure a RS7 from a different dealership. Thank you again!
