Service Advisor - “Customer Chronicles”: A Cautionary Experience I would advise others to exercise caution before using this particular service centre. My experience left me feeling disappointed, frustrated, and questioning the transparency and duty of care provided. My vehicle, an eight-year-old second-hand Audi Q5, was towed to this centre after an AdBlue leak caused significant damage to the engine bay. Hearing that this dealer was wanting to charge an elderly couple $10000 for a defective auto gearbox rang alarm bells! A second opinion has found absolutely no issue with the gearbox? This is abhorrent behaviour that someone would attempt to rip 2 elderly people off! Don’t even take ya Billy cart to these clowns! DISGUSTED!
I hope to give no stars if I could! I came in from 8:35am on Tuesday to asking quotation of my car’s reparation. Being sat there until left at 8:50am with NO ONE EVEN GIVE A GREETING, from THREE staffs there. All had an eye contact with me but just ignored, three of them, no matter they were doing something no not,, they even chat rubbish or make fun to each other rather than A GREETING? Sooooo busy right? To ignore an Audi customer. Good job Audi Indooroopilly Service!
