Absolute rip off! It breaks my heart to see anyone taking advantage of people and especially my daughter who took her Q3 2014 in for a service with only 80,000kms. They have the car a 180,000km service that it didn’t need and charged her $5,500. Replaced parts that did not need replacing and charged $352 per hour for labour, Avoid at all costs!
I wish I was making this up. Went there as my car was over heating. They said $1800 to fix it. No problem. Car comes back same problem. They said it's something else you need to pay an extra $3000 now to fix it. Ok... please fix it. Car comes back same problem. Then they say its my ECU you need to pay an extra $12,000 to fix it. Got it fixed elsewhere for a quarter and its finally fixed. One star is way too generous.
My wife takes her Q3 to Audi Service at Indooroopilly and always sees Nick Dunn. Nick is always great to deal with. He has exceptional customer service skills and is always accommodating and helpful. A stand out service advisor!
