Service Advisor - “Customer Chronicles”: A Cautionary Experience I would advise others to exercise caution before using this particular service centre. My experience left me feeling disappointed, frustrated, and questioning the transparency and duty of care provided. My vehicle, an eight-year-old second-hand Audi Q5, was towed to this centre after an AdBlue leak caused significant damage to the engine bay.
