Jake is such a thoughtful and attentive person at the Audi Indooroopilly Service Centre. He also looked after my car service last year, and as always, his service was excellent. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I paid over $3,200 to have the EGR cooler replaced, and the repair took an entire week. When the vehicle was returned to me, it had a coolant leak that was not present before the repair. Within a short drive, I received a low coolant warning, found coolant leaking onto my garage floor, and had to return the vehicle to the dealership immediately.
