Absolutely appalling experience with the finance department. The finance consultant I dealt with, Chris Dyer, laughed at me when my finance application was declined. That level of disrespect and unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. Instead of attempting to find alternative finance options or offering any assistance, I was simply dismissed and made to feel belittled.
