Audi Hunt Valley continues its excellent customer service with another visit. Lindsey Knight treats me more like a friend of the family than a customer. The drop-off went smoothly and the 2026 A3 that I was loaned was a fantastic fringe benefit and motivating factor for continuing to service my Audi at the Hunt Valley location. They even sent me a short video of the work being done on my Sportback while I waited. I won't consider any other option than to service my car at Audi Hunt Valley!

Lindsey , the service rep was excellent. My care is old- 2012 and my goal was to get it back on the road but not to repair "every little thing". She understood and only quoted functional repairs. The work was done well, and in a timely manner.
