10K service on a 2024 Audi S3 Miles did great. Get there early, 7 am get out early. Routine oil change should be less then 2 hours everywhere on the planet unless someone doesn’t know what they are doing (Audi Las Vegas you hear that). Been taking my Q5 here for maintenance the past 5yrs. They all LOOK professional and courteous. But thats not what i am here for. I expect no worries results. What i get are disappointments. Oil level at MMI is only 3/4 or 2/3 filled. Tires are always over inflated. One time my fronts tire pressures were 38.5 and 36. Basically i have to call them and go back the next day to top off the oil and make sure they follow the basic tire pressure specifications. Very frustating! LOOKS can be deceiving.
