I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Audi Greenwich Service Center. I brought my car in for service, only to have them break my back window—and then force me to pay for the damage through my insurance, claiming it was an "act of God." Even Safe-Lite, the company I had to call to repair it, confirmed that the damage could not have happened the way the service center claimed. My 2023 Audi has been waiting for a part for the last 4 Months, something to consider. The part is for body work as a tree fell on it however 4 months is ridiculous. I am paying for this car while is sits in the shop.
I used to drive BMWs, but got bored and wanted to try something else. I don't have good things to say about Audi as a car company nor about New Country Greenwich Audi. Audi has been around forever but can't make a car without a leaking sunroof...which is pretty staggering. What's more, in order to avoid spending money Audi forces the dealers to make small (read: cheap) fixes first. Then, if it keeps leaking, they try progressively more expensive steps to remedy it.
