Have had a new car for 1 year. The car handles like a dream, great pick up and sound system. The electronics are over done, but the service and response from anything with the dealership has been AWFUL. One person sends me to another, and another and forms and texts and emails and nothing happens. It's been the worst experience with a dealership EVER! I'm so sorry about this and sadly will probably get rid of this car soon because of the dealership.
Safety concerns and lack of communication. Jonathan on their service team, with supervision from Bobby, replaced all four tires and did not tighten the bolts on my driver’s side front and rear tires. I noticed an issue (strange noise in sync with the rotation of the tire) while I was driving home from work and called their service department to troubleshoot. I have been going to this location for last three years. However, the service this time had a bad experience. Since my car was going to be kept overnight, I was given a loaner car. The car had quarter tank of gas (two markings from bottom). I only drove it to my house and back and though the fuel level on indicator did not drop when I was ready to return (two markings from the bottom), I still filled additional 2 gallons before returning (indicator now at three markings from bottom). I have been bringing my vehicle to Audi Greensboro for service for some time now, but unfortunately, the quality of service has declined significantly with each visit. For a dealership representing a luxury brand, I expect a higher standard of care and attention to detail, but my experiences have consistently fallen short.
