Wonderful experience, Keith Wilwerding as my service advisor He was super and honestly did an exceptional job keeping me informed. He was very pleasant and went out of his way. He not only promptly kept me informed, but also helped by adding a cute red Christmas bow to the steering wheel fas a surprise for the owner! He did a terrific & professional job of representing the dealership. I hope he gets his deserved recognition!

I've had to bring my car in for some technical issues recently. On my last trip to the service department, I was particularly upset because I was very busy and it was a major inconvenience. After expressing my frustration with the vehicle, Service Advisor Kelvin Torres went above and beyond to ensure a prompt repair and communicated with me every step of the way. I'm very grateful to him and his manager, Bill for making me feel like a priority.
