I’ve brought my Audi to this location for service a few times now, and I’ve always had a great experience. Ryan in the service department is amazing to work with. He’s always been fair, professional, and an excellent communicator throughout the process!
I’ve had vehicles repaired here 3 times. Each time is the same. You walk in the door to talk to someone or pay, and everyone avoids eye contact until eventually one person comes to ask what you need. The most recent time I took my driver window to be repaired, and the bill didn’t include the right discounts. Second time that’s happened . If you’re supposed to have discounts applied - seems the strategy may be to not add them until you ask. First time at this location and everything was smooth! They were very nice and wouldn’t let me touch a door haha. Rene was a great service advisor.
I took my car in for a window strip replacement. I was there for about two hours. They came back and quoted me a price that was out of my budget so I declined. The rep let me know that my sticker was out and they had started an inspection. I told him that was fine and then he came back and told me he couldn’t complete it without a physical copy of my insurance card I said that was fine.
