If you have a higher line vehicle and you need top service please look for another service center. My Audi R8 came back with small scratches and damage to the front trunk after a battery change. The tech said it was pre existing. They were just small scratched and damage but after time I’m afraid these guys will depreciate the value of this collectible car. This is the second time I’ve brought my Audi to get serviced here and I didn’t even buy it from this dealer. Their customer service is absolutely amazing. The technicians keep you and your service agent up to speed on what is going on at all times and are available via call or text. When I needed some repairs on my car, my service agent went above and beyond to contact my extended warranty company and got me back on the road ASAP! I will always bring my Audi here and it’s all because of how amazing their team is. Bravo!
Customer service is really bad and they do not hold committed timelines. Delays are normal for them and they do not even care.
5 star service across the board from the service department to the sales department. I’ve tested service at other dealerships and this one exceeds my expectations by far. Thank you for taking exceptional care of me.
