Very good dealer; good text communication service, daily updates, clean and new loaners and short wait times.
I've been coming to the Fremont Service location for 5 years now, even when there was other locations closer. They never disapoint! Every service personnel is nice, friendly and professional. Frank Santos is my favorite as he is very knowledgeable and always happy to help.
First car wash for etron I bought there. They don't charge anything for the wash as long as I own and they did a good job. It takes a little time though so have to plan staying there for an hour.
Tony and Eddy were amazing and accommodating. I live closer to Livermore Audi but I will continue driving to Fremont Audi. From the road test to repairs Audi Fremont gets the job done with a great attitude and a first class level of service. Thank you Eddy and Tony! Steven W.
