Most consultants that I work with here at Fremont audi service are friendly and professional. I have had a few unpleasant experiences with Frank Santos, and he is terrible at customer service. He doesn't listen to customers' concern and and his answers are abrupt and show no real concerns for customer satisfaction. I'll be happy with any consultants but Frank Santos for my next service visit.
Peter was very attentive and explained everything in detail. He didn’t push any unnecessary services and proactively checked all recalls for my vehicle, clearly explaining which ones were covered and which required out-of-pocket payment. He also made sure to seek my opinion and let me make my own decisions about the services. This is exactly the kind of service I appreciate!
