Beware if you need to pay out of pocket for anything that’s not covered by warranty. A service rep called Peter told my wife to do a 80k miles vehicle inspection for a car that’s just over 50k miles, found nothing wrong and charged $850 for labor. We just needed an oil change, which they charged close to $200. If you don’t mind paying $1000 to “service” a car that’s in perfect condition, think twice before going there. I worry there is some stereotype of charging Asian women an arm and a leg when they can.
Recently I have had couple of really bad experience with service here. Both the times the car was returned dirty saying “it’s all done” even though I specifically asked for a car wash. And the second time they also forgot about a wiper blade complaint that I had mentioned. Both these cases their paperwork had everything and made me sign etc. it’s not a huge deal at the end of the day but I would expect better communication from an establishment like this and at the very least an apology when there are misses. None came.
I brought my Audi Q7 2023 in for its 20K service yesterday, which was covered under the Audi Care plan I purchased with the car. The service was supposed to include a car wash and vacuum, but my car was returned dirty. When I asked, the delivery person told me the car wash was broken, but couldn’t explain what happened with the vacuum. Excellent service. The service consultants are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I received help from Frank Santos, who went out of his way to make sure that I receive timely and special care. The service center provides complementary car wash. Make sure to get in touch with Zack at the car wash station to receive extra care and attention.
