Took my Audi Q-Tron for service at Fremont audi and the service department was extremely professional and quality of work performed was exceptional. Rate A+
I have only had the pleasure of working with competent and patient service advisors and technicians. I am a huge fan of how they provide a video breakdown of all the components they checked. They are patient in explaining details that other dealerships have glossed over. They take the time to advocate on my behalf to receive full warranty coverage whenever applicable. Audi Fremont staff is why I will stay loyal to Audi.
Survey wouldn’t let me proceed with a 0 star- I’m on my 4th Audi and this Service department is the worst I’ve dealt with. Follow up is horrible and they don’t answer calls or text. Car was there a month for an electrical issue and had damage to car. They said they would follow and they never did. Go to a different dealer for a better experience. They haven’t found their identity at this dealer yet.
