I have not used their service in a while but when I had my A3 they sold me some parts that turned out to be the wrong fitment (roof molding, base carrier bars & ski rack) even though they checked with my VIN, by the time I got to installing them the return period had ended and they never got back to me about it, I actually still have these 2k-3k worth of brand new original parts sitting in my house somewhere.
I would like to say that the Parts department at Audi Fremont is outstanding. Brian was especially helpful with a mix-up on an order I placed (my fault). Professional and kind at the same time!
