One Star — Extremely Disappointed Stopped by Audi Freehold to have a couple of recalls taken care of on my Audi SQ5. While I was there, I was told the cabin air filter needed to be replaced. I was charged approximately $180 total — around $80 for the filter and roughly $100 for labor. For something as simple as replacing a cabin air filter, that price is extremely difficult to justify. I had a great experience at the service center in Freehold the other day. I thought I needed a new tire, but they were able to plug it. My service rep, Peter explained my tire and wheel warranty to me and helped me make an appointment to have my rims refinished. I had no idea it was so easy to get them repaired. I appreciated the goodie bag left in the car as well. I always have a great experience at this dealership.

Ray Catena Audi Freehold Service Department was very friendly and helpful with the service on my car. The drop off process is very efficient, even when picking up a loaner vehicle. I really appreciate the videos sent showing the inspection and what recommendations they are making for further service. They even figured out a noise that has been there for years and no other service department had ever mentioned.
I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for Peter Roman and Anna. They were truly heaven-sent during a very difficult time.
