Ray Catena Audi Freehold Service Department was very friendly and helpful with the service on my car. The drop off process is very efficient, even when picking up a loaner vehicle. I really appreciate the videos sent showing the inspection and what recommendations they are making for further service. They even figured out a noise that has been there for years and no other service department had ever mentioned.

Ray Catena Audi of Freehold’s service center does what others can’t. From extremely responsive and helpful service advisors (shoutout Peter R) to actually diagnosing and fixing issues other dealers couldn’t. I have had nothing but great things to say about this org. Pete took care of me with a spotless Q5 loaner til my S5 was fixed.
Billy H at Audi Service is outstanding. He’s incredibly helpful, communicative, and genuinely makes sure you’re happy every step of the way. He even went above and beyond by making the right introductions to help me purchase a new car. That level of service is rare.
