Worst service center. Ben Doig the manager is the worst of the worst. Lazy and incompetent. Does not take responsibility and a liar too.
Excellent Service
I hired a loan car I couldn’t return as we are based in Blacktown as car got ready at around 4.30pm. Recieved a nasty message that I will be charged $150, this dealer is not concerned about my $250k car rather a $80k loan car I am a director of a company, this is very poor I think the General Manager has got some issues managing this company rather getting staff trained on customer service and how to deal with high profile business I will return their car tommorrow morning due to my busy schedule but treatment and experience... read more
Had a major service so was there waiting for a long time. They were able to prioritise my car so I could get out quicker. Coffee was pretty good too.
