Overall, the service is good. Jade was fantastic—so helpful and friendly during my service today. The notification system can be improved; for example, if the car will not be ready at the customer’s desired time, a message or call notify customers.

Terrible service experience. Went for an usual service and they quoted me for 11000 repair cost and said 'it needs a lot of work'. They even put in an alarm to warn me everytime I start engine. I ignored them and went to my trusted repair shop. He couldn't find a problem and taught me how to read cooling meter before he fixed it. Furious. Selling my car thanks to them. 1 out of 5 for their feedback text for sure.
