Service was great But the entrance to the car park to me is bit trouble no clear signs
the best service centre i have ever been to. ultra clean, large service area, with extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Samantha was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and broke down and fully explained what was done. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them, and will definitely bring my car back. 10/10.
Paid $400 to replace a single tyre and waited 1.5 hours — incredibly poor value and service. As a female driver, I honestly could’ve done it faster myself with YouTube. To make matters worse, they replaced the tyre with one that doesn't even match the rest on my car. They then tried to upsell me on replacing another tyre and paying for a wheel alignment I didn’t need.
