I was given a Q4 with a “DO NOT LOAN” tag, which made me feel undervalued, especially considering I own a Q8 e-tron—one of Audi’s most premium and luxurious models. This experience did not align with the level of service I would expect from a luxury brand. Additionally, the atmosphere in the service area felt unwelcoming. I'm docking a star due to the service centre (NOT the sales department), because: a) one one occasion, they forgot to leave the car in an accessible place on the street for an after hours pickup, after saying they would, and b) on another occasion just recently, they WAY over torqued the wheel nuts, according to my own mechanic As a commercial driver though, I'm extremely appreciative of Audi providing the same 5 years unlimited warranty as private purchasers. I don't understand why most of the staff are so impolite. Except for being friendly when I went to pay for the first time, every time I went there later, I felt like I was asking you to help me maintain my car. What the hell is this experience? They look very busy, but they do things in a very chaotic way. They spoke rudely and couldn't solve the problem. I wonder if their headquarters knows about this way of working?
